I can see where the EXCEL spreadsheets can be useful in sharing & analyzing data with staff. Thanks for showing the steps to formatting conditions. For those visual people, EXCEL gives you the capability to create a variety of charts from these conditions. I really like using this program. The iirc is an amazing tool, also!
