Excel & IIRC

I am amazed at what you can do with Excel. Although I had been using Excel for many years I didn't realize how much you can do with it. Amazing! The value of color-coding criteria for future reference will save time and frustration. I also like the idea of comparing schools. This too will be valuable when writing grants and presenting information to the board.
